Arnica Flowers 

Arnica is used topically for a wide range of conditions, including bruises, sprains, muscle aches, wound healing, superficial phlebitis, joint pain, inflammation from insect bites, and swelling from broken bones.

Ashwagandha Root

Ashwagandha is an ancient medicinal herb with multiple health benefits. It can reduce anxiety and stress, help fight depression, boost fertility and testosterone in men, and even boost brain function.

Basil Leaf

Basil is a culinary herb from the mint family. There are many varieties with distinct aromas that come from different qualities in their essential oils contained in the leaves. Basil settles the stomach, improves appetite, and is a natural disinfectant. All basils are antibacterial and act as good insect repellants.

Black Walnut Leaf 

Can be used topically and ingested in small doses. It is good for blisters, coughs, eczema, eye infections, gout, jock itch & parasites.

Blessed Thistle

Blessed thistle promotes digestive health and prevents infection. Brewed as a tea, it can be used for loss of appetite and indigestion. It’s also used to treat colds, coughs, cancer, fever, bacterial indigestion, and diarrhea. It is also used as a diuretic for increasing urine output and for promoting the flow of breast milk in new mothers.

Blue Vervain

Blue vervain can be used for emotional and psychological well-being, especially for conditions relating to anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. Blue vervain is also considered an astringent, a bitter digestive tonic, and a diuretic. It is also used as a diuretic for increasing urine output, and for promoting the flow of breast milk in new mothers.

Bugleweed

Bugleweed is used to lower high levels of thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism). It is also used to treat premenstrual syndrome; breast pain; nervousness; trouble sleeping (insomnia); and bleeding, especially nosebleeds and heavy bleeding during menstruation.

Burdock Root

Burdock root promotes the flow of bile and increases circulation to the skin. It is a mild diuretic and lymphatic. Burdock is used widely as an alternative and blood purifier. It is also high in iron.

Cascara Sagrada Bark

Cascara sagrada bark is often prescribed for constipation. The bark contains compounds called anthraquinones which are transformed by intestinal bacteria into substances that act on the nerves in the intestinal tract, helping to pass stools.

Cerasee Bush

Cerasee is for hypertension, diabetes, parasitic worms, abdominal pains, and purging/detoxing the body and blood. It is also used for constipation. Cerasee is also used sometimes with other herbs to make a bush bath to treat skin problems like rashes and eczema. It is also used to lower blood pressure.

Chamomile Flower 

Several studies have linked chamomile tea to reduced severity of menstrual cramps. Some studies have found that chamomile tea can lower blood sugar in people with diabetes.  Its good for reducing inflammation, reducing anxiety, and aiding with sleep.

Chaparral Leaf 

Chaparral has been primarily used for the treatment of cancer, acne, rheumatism, and diabetes. It has also been promoted for its antioxidant effects, and as a blood purifier and a weight loss agent.

Cocolmeca

Cocolmeca is a potent antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and great for overall wellness.  It has been clinically proven to be an excellent antidote for every skin condition such as eczema, acne, and psoriasis as it cleanses and nourishes the blood. It promotes the elimination of urea, uric acid, and other organic waste. It also lowers the level of cholesterol in the blood. It's also used for anemia, and to regulate women's menstrual cycles. Cocolmeca is also great for sexual performance, diabetes, and for skin ailments.

Damiana Leaf

Damiana can be used as a tea or tincture, or it can be smoked or burned as incense. Damiana leaf has been used traditionally as an aphrodisiac for men and women, a hormonal balancer, and an herbal anti-depressant with mild sedative affects. As an aphrodisiac, Damiana may increase female libido and acts as a natural remedy for impotence in men, possibly by stimulating blood flow to the genitals. There is also evidence that Damiana leaf contains an oil which is antiseptic and stimulates the urinary tract when it is taken orally in tea.

Dandelion Leaf

Dandelion leaves act as a diuretic, increasing the amount of urine your body makes which helps to cleanse toxins from the kidneys. The leaves are used to stimulate the appetite and help digestion. In a roasted/toasted form it is great for coffee replacement.

Dandelion Root

Dandelion root is commonly used to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, liver disease, and some types of kidney disease. Dried dandelion root is often grounded into a paste and mixed with water to create a soothing paste for skin disorders like acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, and boils. Dandelion root has anti-diabetic properties due to a soluble fiber known as inulin. Dandelion is also used as a tonic for cleansing the liver. It also has anti-cancer agent. It's also good for appendicitis,  breast problems (inflammation, lack of milk flow), diarrhea, eye problems, fever, gallbladder problems, heartburn, improved digestion, swelling, and upset stomach. It's also a mild laxative, and stimulates the appetite as well.

 

Elderberry

 The berries and flowers of elderberries are packed with antioxidants and minerals that may boost your immune system. They could help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. It is used to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.

Feverfew

Feverfew is used for migraine headache prevention, problems with menstruation, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and allergies.

Guaco Mikania

Guaco is an effective natural bronchodilator, expectorant and cough suppressant employed for all types of upper respiratory problems including bronchitis, pleurisy, colds and flu, coughs, and asthma. It's also good for sore throats, laryngitis, and fever. Guaco is also popular as an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and pain-reliever for rheumatism, arthritis, intestinal inflammation and ulcers. A decoction of the leaves is also employed externally for neuralgia, rheumatic pain, eczema, pruritus, and wounds.

Guinea Hen Weed

Guinea hen weed plant extracts are used for anti-inflammatory, diuretic, antispasmodic, emmenagogic, analgesic, antileukemic, antirheumatic. Not for pregnant ladies as it has been known to cause miscarriages.

Holy Basil (Tulsi-Kapoor)

Holy basil is used for the common cold, influenza , h1n1 (swine flu), diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, earache, headache, stomach upset, heart disease, fever, viral hepatitis, malaria, stress, and tuberculosis. It is also used for mercury poisoning, to promote longevity, as a mosquito repellent, and to counteract snake and scorpion bites.

Hops Flowers

Also a flavorant in beer it used to aids in sleep, digestion and an immune system booster.

Hydrangea Root

Hydrangea is used for urinary tract problems such as infections of the bladder, urethra and prostate; enlarged prostate and kidney stones.

Hyssop

Hyssop is used for digestive and intestinal problems including liver and gallbladder conditions, intestinal pain, intestinal gas, colic, and loss of appetite. It is also used for respiratory problems including coughs, the common cold, respiratory infections, sore throat, and asthma.

Jamaican Blue Vervain

Jamaican blue vervain is used for diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure, muscular dystrophy as a diuretic. It is commonly used for many easing symptoms of the cold and flu. It can also be used for many kind of respiratory issues such as cough, asthma and bronchitis. It has anti inflammatory properties and can be used as a mild sedative to help with anxiety.

Jamaican Damiana Bush

Jamaican damiana is also called Ram goat Dash Along. It is a potent herb for promoting higher libido for men and women, improving sexual performance, low sperm count, treating prostate conditions, alleviating menstrual problems, and alleviating menopausal conditions. It is also a remedy for anxiety, nervous exhaustion and depression. Ram goat dash along is also excellent to treat coughs and colds as well as bronchitis.

Jamaican Dandelion Bush

Jamaican dandelion is used as a diuretic as well as to aid in relief for colds, to treat back pain, kidney and bladder problems, as well as a liver tonic. It's also used for shortness of breath. It's also good for prostate health, it alleviates menstrual cramps, lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol levels, and is good for skin disease and rashes from eczema and acne. It is an anti-inflammatory that is also good for balancing your mental state. The leaves can be used topically to treat eczema and other skin disorders as well as a treatment for ringworm.

Jamaican Quassia

Quassia contains a substance called quassin, which is 50 times more bitter than quinine. In fact, it’s the bitterest naturally-occurring chemical known to exist. It is used for constipation, fever, indigestion, lice and internal parasites. Water from the boiled bark is drunk as an anti-diarrheal, as an anti-dysenteric, and as an anti-malarial.

Jamaican Sarsaparilla Root

Sarsaparilla has been used to detoxifies organs, relieve pain, cleanse the blood and kill fungi. Some claim that sarsaparilla helps protect the liver and relieves rheumatism. Sarsaparilla is used for treating psoriasis and other skin diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, and kidney disease. It's also used for stamina and libido.

Chickweed is used for the aiding with constipation, stomach, and bowel problems. It's also a good appetite suppressant. Wild cherry is used for colds, whooping cough, bronchitis and other lung problems; diarrhea; gout; digestive disorders; pain; and cancer. It is also used in cough syrups because of its sedative, expectorant, drying, and cough-suppressing effects.

Wormwood is used for various digestion problems such as loss of appetite, upset stomach, gall bladder disease, and intestinal spasms. Wormwood is also used to treat fever, liver disease, and worm infections; to increase sexual desire; as a tonic; and to stimulate sweating.

Yarrow Leaf & Flower
